SHIPPING POLICY
At Gabriella Danciere Jewellery, we take great care in delivering your orders to you. Our shipping methods are reliable and our packaging ensures that your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.
We are committed to providing excellent service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are looking to return your order (exceptions apply - see below), then we are here to help you!

May I return my purchase?
If you do wish to return a purchase, the policy on all items last for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. All sales are subject to UK law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Certain items are exempt from being returned:
Earrings: these items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/customs costs for returning your item. Please contact us for address details. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and there can be no refund if we do not receive the item.

Loss through the post (UK Royal Mail) or courier is not covered under our refund policy. Please allow 14 working days for delivery; if after this time your item still has not arrived then please notify us by email and we will investigate.
